Itmustbetime.com offers a hassle-free, 30-day money back guarantee on all merchandise. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a refund in accordance with our guidelines below. The refund issued will be the full amount paid for the item minus the initial shipping and handling charges, minus 5% of the sale for restocking and credit card fees incurred by itmustbetime.com. Exchanges receive 100% credit towards any future purchase.
Although itmustbetime.com is confident that you will enjoy your purchase, we understand you may need to return or exchange the items you've ordered. Please follow the instructions below so we can assist you.
A Return Authorization Form is required prior to returning any merchandise. This authorization can be obtained either by email or telephone communication. Please call 877.752.6919 or email us at support@itmustbetime.com. Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of date of purchase. When we receive any returned merchandise, our Quality Assurance Department will review the merchandise to be sure that it is in 'New and Unused Condition.' This implies that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item has not been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept the return of any item if the merchandise has been used. Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received with the product, including a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be honored without all accompanying documentation and original merchandise packaging.

2.When you package your merchandise please include all original documentation, a copy of your invoice, and the original merchandise packaging.
3. Insure and ship your package to the address that our Customer Representative provides you with. Once we receive your return, we will contact you with the phone number we have on file to confirm your exchange or refund.
When a refund is issued, it will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded by a company check. By purchasing any merchandise from itmustbetime.com, you are agreeing to the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy.
