Itmustbetime.com will honor FREE Ground shipping for every order valued over $150 via UPS or USPS. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund for all returned items. The shipping cost for all orders below $150 is $9.99. All items shipped are fully insured by UPS or USPS.
Delivery time via Ground shipping can range from 3 to 6 business days. Please note that air and ground shipping is measured in business days. Next Day Saturday delivery option is available only in the United States. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our distribution center. Parcel tracking info is available online at www.ups.com. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked at USPS Tracking.

By entering into a purchasing agreement with itmustbetime.com, you are agreeing that in the event of any damage or loss during shipment, you will process an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover your losses. You also agree to not perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss.
If you are shipping to an address that is different from your billing address on file with your credit card company, you must add your shipping address as a secondary address before we will ship your merchandise. For your security, billing and shipping addresses will be verified with your credit card company prior to shipment of any merchandise. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses because a signature is needed for acquiring any packages sent from Itmustbetime.com.
